The captain determines all cancellations due to sea conditions. Charters cancelled due to weather,
or for any reason beyond our control will be rescheduled. If rescheduling cannot be done, due to
time, weather or schedule, deposit will carry over to the following year. Deposits may be applied
to one or more of the other charters which are offered. Deposits are non refundable.
Rain Is NOT A Factor.
